A hilltop in the heart of Agios Nikolaos
Linum Hill is our newest project: seven independent apartments set around a shared pool and outdoor terrace, perched on a hilltop right in the centre of town. It is a different kind of stay from our seaside villa in Havania — closer to the streets, the harbour, and the daily life of Agios Nikolaos, yet still with a sense of quiet distance above it all.
Considered, not incidental
We want to be seen as a carefully considered place within the urban fabric, with emphasis on aesthetics, architectural design, and personal contact.

The name Linum
The name comes from linum, the flax plant once grown along the coast of Havania and woven into linen by local hands for generations. It is also the name of our first property, Linum Villa, a seaside retreat with a private pool just outside Agios Nikolaos. Linum Hill continues that same story, in a new setting.
